An assistant, not a safety device

Mira describes scenes, reads text, and answers questions, and she can be wrong. Keep using your cane, guide dog, or other mobility aids. Don't rely on Mira alone for decisions where a mistake could hurt you — crossing a road, taking medication, or anything medical, legal, or financial.

Exam Assistant

The Exam Assistant reads question papers aloud and writes down your answers word for word. It never solves questions or suggests answers. Use it only in exams where your institution allows it.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Use Product VLM lawfully. Don't use it to harass anyone, to record people without their consent where the law requires it, or to try to break or overload the service.
• Administrators can disable or delete accounts that break these terms.

Availability

Product VLM depends on outside services for vision, reasoning, listening, and speech, so it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. It is provided as is, without guarantees.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. How we handle your data is described on the Privacy page.
